This hotel offers great value for money. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were equipped with free Wi-Fi and a kitchen. Not to mention, the breakfast was delicious and conveniently included. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to the University and having easy transportation downtown.

No negative aspect to report, everything was just right.

I had a great stay at this hotel in San Jose. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it was clear that they take great care in maintaining the facilities. In addition, the location was ideal for me, as it was close to the University and far away from the rail tracks. The parking situation was convenient, with on-site parking available. Lastly, the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh fruit, milk, cereal, and yogurt provided each morning.

The hotel had a convenient location close to shopping and public transportation. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered everyday during our stay. The room had a fully equipped kitchenette which came in handy for making quick snacks. the parking was free and available on site.

Our stay was ruined by a major plumbing issue in our room on New Year's Eve. The water heater malfunctioned and flooded our room and ruined most of our luggage.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to University of Costa Rica and San Pedro Mall. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was a great start to the day. The hotel also had a great parking lot available.

We had trouble sleeping because of the loud trains that pass close to the hotel. Despite having good service, we wouldn't come back due to the noise disturbance.

the location was key, with easy access to transportation hubs and plenty of eating options nearby. the large rooms with en suite bath and kitchen were very clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the lovely breakfast area with a decent continental breakfast.

The nearby train, which could be quite loud early in the morning. this was easily remedied with a pair of earplugs.
